Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable. We pack them frozen with insulated packaging and overnight delivery.

If your address is rural, your order may not arrive overnight and some items made begin to defrost.

We recommend making a suitably sized chilli-bin with ice packs available for the courier to leave your package that is out of direct sunlight.

Please make a note in your cart to advise where you would like the driver to leave the order.

For click & collect, please bring appropriate insulated bags or chilli bin. We do not insulate click and collect orders.

Shipping

Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates are weight and location based. The rates we receive from our carriers are split into weight increments of 0- 7.5kg, 7.51-15kg,15.01-22.5kg,22.51-25kg. Max carton weight is 25kg.

HELPFUL TIP: Consider increasing or decreasing your order to best fit the weight increments and get the best shipping cost / volume of meat ordered. For example, if you go a few grams over 7.5kg, you will be charged for the next increment which is up to 15kg and so on.  

Perishable

Obviously our product is perishable. All product is deep frozen and packed with insulated packaging. It is important that you have an insulated drop point for the courier if you are not going to be home to receive the order. You can track your order via the emails we send with your order confirmation.

Overnight Courier & Rural Deliveries

We use overnight courier services and all rural deliveries are delivered to you local Post Hast Depot. It is your responsibility to collect from your nominated depot on the same day as delivery or make arrangements with that depot. Use the branch finder to locate your local depot 

Deadlines & Dispatch Times

Orders received by 8am will commonly leave the same day. We do not dispatch on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.. Ordered placed after 8am Thursday will be shipping the follow Monday. Were public holidays fall, shipments will be held back and dispatched the next business day. For more information or certainty, please contact us to discuss.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect can usually be achieved immediately from order confirmation during shop hours.
