Hogget has a fuller flavour than lamb while still being tender, making it a lovely option for roasts, slow cooks and shared meals. If you are used to cooking lamb, you’ll find hogget cooks in a similar way, only with a little more depth and warmth in the flavour, the kind that really comes alive when served with seasonal vegetables or a simple gravy.
We also have new season lamb available, lighter in flavour and beautifully tender, which suits quick roasting, the barbecue or easy weeknight meals. You can talk to us about which style you prefer and we can guide you based on how you like to cook.
