Retail Beef Price: $14.25 per kg + GST(Carcass weight) Plus $2 Proccessing per KG

• Cost of the Cow and local Kill fee

• All transport

• Hanging for one week before processing (we can hang for 2 on request)

• A cut list link is below to complete online and details the cuts

• $2 per kg +GST

• Small goods (sausages, patties, etc.) charged on top (we will quote on the cut list)

During processing, you can expect to lose around 35–40% of the carcass weight as fat, bone, and trim are removed.
