From Hurunui Farms to your plate
All of our meat comes from the Hurunui and Canterbury Plains, and is fully traceable from paddock to plate through the NZ NAIT system, so you always know exactly where it has come from.
We select Angus and Hereford cattle specifically for their temperament, marbling and flavour, which gives that deep, clean taste when cooked. The animals are grass fed on open pasture, finished well, and handled with care right through processing. It means the meat arrives to you in its best condition, with the kind of quality you can taste without needing to dress it up.
Our pork, lamb and chicken are sourced locally free range.
