Our marrow bones are cut from grass-fed New Zealand prime beef and packed with rich, nourishing marrow. This is a simple, traditional cut that delivers deep flavour and natural goodness, whether you’re roasting them for a classic bone marrow dish or using them as the base for a proper stock or broth.

Roasted, the marrow becomes soft and buttery, perfect for spreading or serving alongside steak. Simmered slowly, these bones produce a full-bodied, gelatin-rich stock that adds depth to soups, sauces and gravies.
