This box is made for those long, easy holiday meals where everyone drifts through the kitchen and the table fills slowly. It includes a leg of lamb, a quarter ham, lamb rack or French cutlets, and our Christmas breakfast sausages for the morning. Everything is prepared fresh, with flavour that comes from open pasture and good farming.
