This 1 kg meatloaf is an easy midweek option, perfect when you want something hearty, comforting and simple to prepare for the family. Cooking suggestion:
Cook in the air fryer until golden and cooked through, then rest before slicing. Lovely served with mashed potatoes, seasonal veg, or tucked into sandwiches the next day.
